5. Payment Terms

All fees for the IPTV UK subscription are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) depending on the plan chosen. By providing payment information, you authorise IPTV UK to charge you for the applicable subscription fee.

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or as otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any changes will be communicated to existing subscribers with reasonable notice.
  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

The IPTV UK website, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IPTV UK and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The content streamed through our service (including TV channels and VOD content) is the property of the respective content owners and broadcasters. IPTV UK does not claim ownership of any third-party content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IPTV UK and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to IPTV UK in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
