1. DMCA Compliance Notice

IPTV UK (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement reported to our designated copyright agent.

If you believe that content available on or through www.iptvuk.online infringes one or more of your copyrights, please notify us by submitting a written DMCA notice as described below. Upon receipt of a valid and complete notice, we will take appropriate action, which may include removal of the allegedly infringing content.

2. How to File a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., a URL).
  • Contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of good faith: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of accuracy: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  • Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability.

3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that content you posted was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. To file a counter-notification, please provide our designated copyright agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the removed material: A description of the material that was removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed (e.g., a URL).
  • Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Contact information: Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United Kingdom, for any judicial district in which we may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
  • Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the subscriber.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will restore the removed content within 10–14 business days, unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action to restrain you from engaging in the infringing activity.

4. Repeat Infringers

IPTV UK has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. If you receive multiple DMCA notices related to your account, your access to the service may be suspended or permanently terminated.

5. Disclaimer

IPTV UK is a technology platform that facilitates access to IPTV streaming services. We are not responsible for content provided by third-party broadcasters or service providers. We process DMCA notices in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. Processing a DMCA notice does not constitute an admission of liability or wrongdoing on our part.
